Juliet Mirambo is a supply chain innovator recognized for her work in AI-driven automation, digital transformation, and intelligent planning systems. With a foundation in engineering and chemistry, she blends technical expertise with hands-on operational experience to help organizations modernize complex manufacturing and logistics environments.

 

As a Process Optimization Lead at MilliporeSigma, Juliet develops advanced workflows that streamline global demand planning, standardize material data across multiple ERP systems, and enhance forecasting accuracy. Her most recent project includes designing an enterprise-scale Unit-of-Measure Harmonization System powered by physics-based validation, machine learning, and reinforcement learning. This automated solution processes more than 10,000 records in minutes and supports a €250M planning core model.

 

Juliet is also committed to education and community engagement. Through MilliporeSigma’s SPARK™ program, she mentors students nationwide, leading interactive science experiments in the Curiosity Cube mobile lab and inspiring the next generation of STEM talent.
